When you place an order, you agree to accept the following terms and conditions.
Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Click4eco and are subject to your credit card or account card being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted through a secure web server.
You will receive an email to confirm your order within 24 hours of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs.
Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. However we disclaim all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.
Standard typical delivery time for items that are in stock is 3 to 7 working days after the order is placed. Delivery times for items that are out of stock, or that are delivered direct from the manufacturer, are as indicated alongside the product information and in the basket and checkout. Whilst Click4eco makes every effort to process your orders in an efficient and timely manner, we can not guarantee that our stated delivery times will always be achieved or accept any consequential losses resulting from a late delivery. Please contact us if your products have not arrived within 28 days.
The majority of goods are sent using Royal Mail first or second class post or Royal Mail standard parcels.
At present Click4eco ship to the following destinations: England, Wales, Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands). We do not ship to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Internationally. Note that for security reasons we only ship to the cardholder address.
Wherever possible Click4eco use packing materials that are re-used in house. This reduces the waste we generate and minimises our resource consumption. If this is not possible then we make every effort to use packing materials that can be recycled or re-used by the recipient.
Product prices displayed on the website are in British pounds sterling and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate but exclude postage and packing charges (unless otherwise stated). The additional charge for postage and packing is based on the total weight of items selected and is shown in the basket and checkout prior to you placing your order. The postage and packing charges are recalculated every time you add or remove an item from your basket.

If you are dissatisfied with any items purchased from Click4eco for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded the cost of the goods minus postage and package charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If for any reason we can not resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and will keep you fully informed throughout the process.
